Brinks Hofer Lures Former Judge To ITC Practice

Law360, New York (August 2, 2011, 4:12 PM EDT) -- Carl C. Charneski, a former administrative law judge for the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, has entered private practice as an attorney at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, the intellectual property boutique announced in July.

The firm said on July 21 that Charneski had joined its ranks. Charneski, who served as an ALJ at the ITC from April 2007 through July 2011, joined Brinks' Washington office as counsel in the firm's ITC practice.
