Intervenors Can't Appeal Fla. Enviro Pact: 11th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 3, 2011, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Wednesday denied the challenge of two third-party intervenors to a water pollution agreement between environmental groups and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Florida, ruling the intervenors lacked standing to appeal the pact.
