Consumers Urge High Court To Hear Tamoxifen Cases

Law360 (June 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of consumers and unions have reiterated their battle cry for the nation's highest court to take up the tamoxifen citrate antitrust litigation, arguing that the case presents “a straightforward opportunity” to weigh in on the legal issues surrounding authorized generics.
