Scruggs Son Can’t Vacate Conviction In Bribery Case

Law360, New York (August 4, 2011, 4:51 PM EDT) -- A Mississippi federal judge on Wednesday refused to vacate attorney David Zachary Scruggs' conviction for failing to report his father's scheme to bribe a state judge, finding he had failed to prove he was in the dark about the kickback.
