For Ledbetter Or For Worse? Pay Bias Options Abound

Law360 (June 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- While a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision limited the amount of time in which plaintiffs can bring a Title VII pay discrimination claim, employment law experts say there are still many alternative avenues which give employees a longer timetable to file a claim.
