7th Circ. Says Bias Laws Don't Allow 'Token Exception'

Law360, New York (August 8, 2011, 6:23 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit ruled Monday that anti-discrimination laws allow “no token exception” and that Kraft Foods Global Inc. couldn't dodge claims brought by two former employees just because another Hispanic employee wasn't subjected to discrimination in the same way.
