Law360, New York (August 8, 2011, 5:02 PM EDT) -- Across the country, law firms great and small are increasing their social networking footprints in order to maintain their competitive advantages in a tight legal market, according to a new report.

The vast majority of legal marketers surveyed in the Benchmarking Law Firm Marketing and Business Development Strategies 2011 report from The BTI Consulting Group Inc. (Wellesley, Mass.) — 80.3 percent — said they had implemented key changes in how they used new media over the past year.
