Tew Cardenas, Ex-Atty Turn Back Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (August 8, 2011, 6:25 PM EDT) -- Tew Cardenas LLP and a former attorney with the firm emerged victorious Monday in a legal malpractice suit in Florida brought by an aviation insurer accusing them of bungling a settlement stemming from an accident that left a teenage boy with brain damage.
