Aera, Noble Seek High Court Review Of Oil Lease Denials

Law360, Washington (August 8, 2011, 6:16 PM EDT) -- Aera Energy LLC and Noble Energy Inc. have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review their case seeking rights to hydrocarbon leases off the California coast that a U.S. Department of the Interior official allegedly had revoked for political purposes, according to court documents obtained Monday.
