Massey 'Death Penalty' Push Faces Long Odds

Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 2:37 PM EDT) -- Activist groups are pushing Delaware officials to give Massey Energy Co. the “corporate death penalty,” arguing that the company deserves to have its charter revoked amid a dismal record of worker safety and environmental degradation, but the move is already facing some steep challenges, attorneys say.
