New Mexico AG Sues To Stop Federal Water Plan

Law360, New York (August 9, 2011, 7:59 PM EDT) -- New Mexico's attorney general sued the U.S. Department of the Interior and the DOI's Bureau of Reclamation on Monday, seeking to stop a federal plan that would release water stored in New Mexico's Elephant Butte Reservoir for use in Texas.
