Insurers Sue Shaw Over $107M Dispute With Solar Co.

Law360, New York (August 9, 2011, 7:46 PM EDT) -- Westchester Fire Insurance Co. and North American Specialty Insurance Co. sued The Shaw Group Inc. in Louisiana on Tuesday, hoping to avoid covering a $107 million suit claiming Shaw violated contracts by providing defective piping products to a solar panel manufacturer.
