BLM Prevails In Suit Over Mont. Drilling Leases

Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 6:22 PM EDT) -- A Montana federal judge on Tuesday said the Bureau of Land Management did not improperly allow oil and gas development, construction of airstrips, and other activities in a protected area in the state, ending a consolidated suit brought by environmental groups.
