Illarramendi Scheme Investors Fight For Share Of $230M

Law360, New York (August 11, 2011, 3:15 PM EDT) -- Shareholder groups on Wednesday fought to protect their portion of $230 million in assets formerly controlled by admitted Ponzi schemer Francisco Illarramendi, saying a Connecticut judge had no authority to cut them out of the recovery suit.
