Congress To Hear Ledbetter, Mulls High Court Ruling

Law360, New York (June 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. employee whose accusations of sex discrimination led to a Supreme Court ruling that limited discrimination pay claims will testify before a Congressional committee about the fairness of the ruling.

The House Education and Labor Committee will hear testimony from Lilly Ledbetter during a hearing scheduled on Tuesday to consider legislation that would reverse the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Ledbetter's case.
