NLRB Balks At Congressional Subpoena Over Boeing Case

Law360, New York (August 12, 2011, 7:30 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Friday responded to a congressional subpoena seeking all documents related to its labor discrimination suit against Boeing Inc. by saying it would not turn over any information that could prejudice its ongoing enforcement action.
