US To Pay Ford $11M For Cleanup Costs

Law360, New York (August 12, 2011, 9:02 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. said on Friday that it had reached consent decrees with the federal government under which the U.S. will pay the automaker $10.8 million to settle a suit over two contaminated sites in Dearborn, Mich.
