AMD Will Seek Sanctions Over Intel's Lost E-Mails

Law360, New York (June 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Computer chip maker Intel Corp. faces calls for sanctions by its opponent in an antitrust suit stemming from the company's now infamous e-mail preservation “lapses.”

A spokesperson for Advanced Micro Devices said Monday his company planned to move for as-yet unspecified sanctions by the court against Intel at the end of the discovery process.
