Enviros Challenge EPA's Biomass Emissions Exemption

Law360, New York (August 15, 2011, 8:09 PM EDT) -- Conservation groups filed a petition Monday with the D.C. Circuit challenging a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rule that exempts large-scale wood-burning and biomass-burning facilities from carbon dioxide emissions limits under the Clean Air Act for the next three years.
