6th Circ. Nixes Air Traffic Privatization Suit

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Tuesday backed the dismissal of long-running litigation filed by air traffic controllers against the U.S. government over the 1993 privatization of certain towers, agreeing that the plaintiffs no longer had standing to pursue their employment action.
