Judicial Watch Sues NLRB For Boeing Complaint Docs

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 7:18 PM EDT) -- Public interest group Judicial Watch Inc. on Monday filed suit in Washington seeking to compel the National Labor Relations Board to turn over records related to its controversial unfair labor practices complaint over the Boeing Co.’s decision to locate an assembly line in South Carolina.
