EnCana Can’t Limit Xtreme’s $4M Rig Contract Suit

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 7:44 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge ruled Monday that Xtreme Coil Drilling Corp.'s $4 million breach of contract suit against EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. concerns drilling agreements for two oil and gas rigs, not one, defeating EnCana's bid to limit the scope of the case.
