Troubled Power Plants Face Uncertain Future

Law360, New York (October 6, 2011, 4:53 PM EDT) -- With natural gas prices depressed and environmental regulations looming, large debt burdens are slashing the value of power plants and threatening a possible wave of closings or bankruptcies for smaller, independent plants, especially those fired by coal, according to experts.
