NLRB's Acting GC Aims To Clarify Social Media Policy

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 5:14 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board's general counsel office on Thursday made public its thinking on 14 key cases involving social media, with the goal of providing guidance on the hot-button issue.
