AAI Rips AT&T's Proposed $39B T-Mobile Buy

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 4:09 PM EDT) -- The American Antitrust Institute urged federal regulators on Wednesday to block AT&T Inc.'s controversial $39 billion proposed acquisition of T-Mobile USA Inc., saying the merger would strangle competition and harm consumers.
