EPA Inaction On Manure Petition Stinks: Enviros

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 7:16 PM EDT) -- Three environmental groups on Thursday threatened to sue the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency unless it acts on an ignored petition to revoke Iowa’s Clean Water Act discharge permitting authority over the state’s failure to regulate releases of pig manure into rivers and streams.
