WaMu Creditors Blast Investors' Bid To Tap Legal Whiz

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 5:29 PM EDT) -- Hedge funds and other unsecured creditors of Washington Mutual Inc. objected Thursday to the hiring of a legal expert to represent restive shareholders of the bankrupt financial giant, amid a larger fight over whether shareholders will be able to sue them.
