Judge Trims Massey Units' Suit Over MSHA Vent Approval

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 8:36 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Thursday dismissed part of a suit in which six Massey Energy Co. units accuse the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration of blocking proposed ventilation methods that would protect miners, leaving only several due process claims intact.
