Schering Says Judge Missed Key Facts In Sales Rep OT Suit

Law360, New York (August 19, 2011, 4:56 PM EDT) -- Schering Corp. on Friday asked a Connecticut judge to reconsider a ruling that the drugmaker had violated wage and hour law by denying pharmaceutical sales representatives overtime pay, contending that she had overlooked key facts showing the workers were not covered by the law.
