Auditors Dodge $200M Mirabilis Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 7:16 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Monday accepted the voluntary dismissal of a $200 million accounting malpractice lawsuit brought by the trustee overseeing the liquidation of Mirabilis Ventures Inc. less than a month after ruling that the claim could not be allowed.
