NLRB Orders New Election Over Union-Funded Lawsuit

Law360, New York (August 24, 2011, 8:26 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Tuesday set aside a board election won by a Teamsters local because the union funded a wage-and-hour suit that workers filed against employer Stericycle Inc. in the critical period after the petition and before the election.
