Insurer Off Hook For Ind. Town's Enviro Suit Defense

Law360, New York (August 25, 2011, 6:04 PM EDT) -- An Indiana appeals court ruled Thursday that it took a town roughly two years to adequately notify Governmental Interinsurance Exchange about claims over alleged contamination from a municipal dump, backing a judgment against Employers Mutual Casualty Co. and its demands for defense contribution.
