Alleged $1B Intel Secrets Thief Must Pay For Own Atty

Law360, New York (August 25, 2011, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts magistrate judge on Thursday refused to reconsider his previous ruling that a former Intel Corp. engineer charged with the theft of more than $1 billion in trade secrets must tap into his individual retirement account to cover his defense costs.
