Law360, New York (August 25, 2011, 8:00 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday rejected Khanjee Holding US Inc.'s challenge to nearly $500,000 in penalties and fees that the developer and two other companies face for trying to build a power plant in Illinois with an expired environmental permit.
