EPA Wants Stay of Boiler Emissions Regs Upheld

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 4:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday urged a Washington federal judge to uphold the agency's stay of long-awaited emissions regulations for industrial boilers as it fights a Sierra Club lawsuit seeking to lift the hold.
