Ex-Morgan Stanley Salesman Takes Bias Suit To 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 5:47 PM EDT) -- A Hispanic Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. salesman who was sacked from his otherwise all-white unit asked the Second Circuit on Friday to reopen his race bias suit against the financial firm, arguing that worse performers kept their jobs.
