US Fire Seeks Review Of Museum Oil Cleanup Order

Law360, New York (August 31, 2011, 6:55 PM EDT) -- U.S. Fire Insurance Co. on Wednesday asked a Massachusetts federal court to reconsider a partial summary judgment order in a long-running dispute with Peabody Essex Museum Inc. over oil pollution coverage, saying the court improperly accepted the museum's expert reports as fact.
