Neb. Lawmakers Spar Over Rerouting Of Oil Sands Pipeline

Law360, New York (September 7, 2011, 7:44 PM EDT) -- Officials last week reignited a debate over whether Nebraska has the power to reroute a proposed pipeline that would run through the state, joining their opposition to a wider outcry over the multibillion-dollar oil sands pipeline that would pass over the third-largest aquifer in the U.S.
