Crash Dummy Merger Falls Apart Under EC Review

Law360, New York (June 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A merger between two of the world's largest crash-test dummy manufacturers slammed to a halt on Wednesday, after running into regulatory trouble in the European Union.

Denton ATD, the second-largest manufacturer of antrhopomorphic test devices in the world, announced Wednesday that all negotiations between it and British holding company HgCapital to acquire the Denton companies had been terminated.
