Law360, San Diego (September 2, 2011, 6:48 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Friday affirmed the dismissal of a suit alleging Home Depot USA Inc. infringed a copyright for a classification system to help organize the retailer’s extensive catalog of products during its contract with Edgenet Inc.
