Law360, New York (September 8, 2011, 1:11 PM EDT) -- Employers covered by the National Labor Relations Act will be required to post notices informing all employees of their rights under the NLRA under a National Labor Relations Board final rule scheduled to take effect on Nov. 14, 2011.
