Tainted Formula Suits Must Remain In China: 4th Circ.

Law360, New York (September 6, 2011, 7:16 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a lower court's dismissal of product liability suits against Synutra International Inc. brought by Chinese parents whose infants were harmed by formula contaminated with melamine, saying the plaintiffs can't sue the company's American parent in the U.S.
