Liberty Mutual To Pay Century $5.2M For Toxic Cleanup

Law360, Los Angeles (September 6, 2011, 8:32 PM EDT) -- A Rhode Island federal judge on Tuesday ordered Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. to pay Century Indemnity Co. $5.2 million to help cover the cost of indemnifying Emhart Industries Inc. for the cleanup of a manufacturing site contaminated with the chemical dioxin.
