Law360 (June 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Trying to do some damage control, the chairman of Chicago-based powerhouse McDermott, Will & Emery has decided to fly down to Miami to personally apologize for a comment tossed off by the firm's bankruptcy practice head, accusing a Florida judge of being “a few French fries short of a Happy Meal.”
