Court: Pregnancy Bias Act Doesn't Cover Boyfriends

Law360 (June 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has decided that the Pregnancy Discrimination Act does not prevent a man from being fired because of his significant other's pregnancy, after it dismissed the case of a fired farm hand for a Catholic nun-operated farm.
