Law360, Wilmington (September 9, 2011, 6:41 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Friday ordered the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington Inc.'s insurance carriers to honor their deal to pay $15 million toward a settlement with victims of clergy sexual abuse, blasting the companies for trying to delay payment on a technicality.
