Army Corps Canal Project Halted For Enviro Review

Law360, New York (September 9, 2011, 7:15 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday enjoined the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from continuing work on the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal, which connects Louisiana's Lake Pontchartrain to the Mississippi River, pending new environmental impact statements.
