Trustee Drops Bid To Dismiss Cargo Co.'s Ch. 11 Case

Law360, New York (September 12, 2011, 3:37 PM EDT) -- Cargo Transportation Services Inc. dodged a bullet Monday after the U.S. trustee overseeing the Florida transportation company's Chapter 11 backed away from a motion to dismiss the case that said the debtors hadn't paid fees or filed operating reports.
