Regulators Spar Over Impact Of EPA's Power Sector Rules

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 2:54 PM EDT) -- The Democratic chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission told a House subcommittee Wednesday that several new environmental regulations would not negatively impact the reliability of the electric grid, a position disputed by a Republican FERC commissioner and state regulators.
