FDIC Atty Heads To NCUA As Deputy General Counsel

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 1:23 PM EDT) -- The National Credit Union Administration said Monday it had recruited a Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. attorney to become its new deputy general counsel.

Lara Rodríguez has left her post as counsel for the FDIC's special issues unit to succeed Michael McKenna, who was promoted to general counsel at Alexandria, Va.-based NCUA in early August.
